Ready to adopt?
If you've found the right pet for you, it's time to start the adoption process.
The first thing you need to do is download the forms below.
We like to be sure that our pets are going to good & loving homes, so you will also need to provide 2 references, proof of employment, & the name of the vet you will use. Please understand the we do not care how much you make, just that you are able to provide veterinary care for your new pet.
Please fill this form out completely. It's very important for us to have good records of where and to who our companion pets are going. |
Please read this form carefully. It is the contract saying what will happen to your pet if for some reason you are no longer able to keep him or her. |
By law all pets adopted must be spayed or neutered within 30 days of adoption, unless they are under 6 months old. |
About Adopting
Our adoption fee is $100.00. All dogs are up to date with shots & are healthy. They will have had flea & tick control & heartworm preventative.
There is a $25.00 deposit if the pet hasn't been spayed or neutered. This deposit is refundable after you have him or her altered.
